Licensed bail agents. A person answers, every hour of every day.
Someone you love is in jail. Here is what happens next.
One call starts the paperwork. A licensed bail agent posts the bond at the jail, walks you through every step in plain words, and stays on the case until the last court date is done.
Start a bond nowCall now. A licensed agent answers, not a machine.
Nights, weekends and holidays. Have the person's full name, date of birth and the jail they are held at if you can. If you do not, call anyway and we will find the rest.
- A real person, around the clock
- Paperwork by phone, online or in the office
- Payment plans on most bonds
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
From your call to their release, in four steps
1. Call
Give us the person's full name, date of birth and where they are held. We find the rest.
2. Paperwork
The bond agreement and cosigner form, done by phone, online or in the office in about half an hour.
3. Posting
A licensed agent delivers the bond to the jail. Release follows on the facility's own timeline.
4. Court
Reminders before every appearance and one named agent to call until the case is closed.
WHAT WE POST
Every kind of bond, at every hour
One named agent, start to finish
Most people who call have never been inside a jail, do not know what a bond is, and are frightened. We answer in person at every hour, explain the whole process before any money changes hands, and tell you honestly how long the release is likely to take at that particular facility.
- The price stated before anything is signed
- Honest release-time estimates for that jail
- Reminders before every court date

No lectures, no surprises
The premium is a percentage of the bail amount set by state law, the paperwork takes minutes, and a payment plan is available on most bonds. What we do not do is lecture, judge, or add fees nobody mentioned on the phone.
- Premium rate set by state law
- Payment plans in writing
- Collateral returned when the case closes
BEFORE YOU CALL
The questions every family asks first
The premium is a percentage of the full bail amount, and the rate is set by state law rather than by us. It is the fee for the bond and is not returned when the case ends. We quote the exact figure on the first call.
That the defendant appears at every court date. If they do not and cannot be located, the cosigner becomes responsible for the full bail amount, which is why we go through the agreement line by line.
It depends on the facility, not on us. Small jails can release within an hour or two of the bond being posted; large county facilities can take twelve hours or more on a busy night. We tell you what to expect at that jail.
Often not on smaller bonds. On larger ones we may ask for collateral such as a vehicle title or property, and it is returned when the case is closed and the bond is exonerated.
IN THEIR WORDS
What families say afterwards
A short quote from a happy client belongs here. Two or three sentences is usually enough to make the point without losing the reader.
Replace this with something a real customer said. Specific praise reads better than a general compliment, so keep whatever detail they gave you.
Testimonials work best when they name the problem that was solved. Leave the wording as close to how it was said as you can.
