How we work
A process you can follow
Every engagement runs the same way, so you know what happens next.
How it runs
1. Call
Give us the person's full name, date of birth and where they are held. We find the rest.
2. Paperwork
The bond agreement and cosigner form, done by phone, online or in the office in about half an hour.
3. Posting
A licensed agent delivers the bond to the jail. Release follows on the facility's own timeline.
4. Court
Reminders before every appearance and one named agent to call until the case is closed.
What you get at each stage
Bail bonds, 24 hours a day
A licensed agent posts the bond at the jail, any hour, any day of the year.
Felony and misdemeanor bonds
Bonds of every size, from a traffic warrant to a serious felony charge.
Immigration bonds
Federal immigration bonds for someone held in a detention facility.
Warrant walk-throughs
Clear an outstanding warrant on your own terms, with the bond arranged before you go in.
Payment plans
Flexible plans on most bonds, agreed in writing before anything is signed.
“A line about how the process felt from the client's side belongs here.
